Liberty Insights Group was founded on a simple frustration: organizations were buying thick reports and expensive equipment, and were no more ready than before.

We work directly with the people who own the outcome — the chief, the superintendent, the operations lead — and we keep engagements small enough that the same person who assessed your organization is the one who trains it.

Liberty Tac-Med grew out of that work. Again and again, assessments ended at the same finding: nobody nearby could stop life-threatening bleeding, and the kits on the wall were expired or empty. So we built the division that fixes it, and we stock the replacement components so a kit that gets used gets refilled.
